MANAGING PARTNERS

Hamzah is Managing partner at Al-Sabbagh For Audit & Consulting and heads the audit and Advisory division. His expertise encompasses all aspect of financial planning, auditing, tax regulations and financial valuation. He has extensive experience in audits and data analytics as well as financial guidance to control credit use while minimizing dispute and upholding effective payment. His experience relates to assessing the controls, reliability, and integrity of the company internal control environment to assist with maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and corporate governance.

His previous experience is in banking whereby he has more than 10 years of experience as Credit & Financial Analyst. He was mainly responsible for carrying out credit checks on major corporates an assessing the credit risk. Hamzah received his Master’s in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology. In addition, he is a member of Jordan Association of Certified Public Accountant since 2014 and a member of Arab Trainers Union since 2017. He has taught in several colleges’ financial and managerial accounting as well as cash flow analysis and verifying income. Hamza received both continuing education plus experience in auditing and banking services on a variety of large corporate accounts.
 
Hamzah taught at number of institutions including  the institute of banking studies where he used to provide extensive workshops and trainings in Planning & Budget, Financial Statement analysis, Financial Management , Cost Accounting for control and decision-making, and Auditing and auditing international standard.
